At a very young age my Great Grandmother Elizabeth Williams-Fulcher, Grandmother Bertha Fulcher- Carey and her sisters, along with my Mother Sarah Kelly instilled a high caliber of virtues and manners in my sisters, cousins and I.

Those same virtues, I would soon share with my own girls, Stephanie, Moneeca and Tye, my granddaughters, Erica Elizabeth, London, Niyah, Ali, Ryah, Jasmine, and Jayden

 Having been taught the basics ...which included;

Yes Ma' am, Yes Sir, No Ma' am and No Sir, how to set a table, how to sit, and how to speak, were the easiest of the training... or so I thought.

That training was soon elevated to "Which fork do I use?", How to answer the telephone?, Whether or not to accept a late invitation and, When was it appropriate to not wear panty hose? For me that panty hose question...was always tricky.

What I thought to be basic etiquette, soon turned into a "lifestyle."

For over 30 years I have turned what I have enjoyed learning... into a business. A business of teaching, training and implementing manners into the lives of youth and adults alike.

As a Community Leader and Philanthropist, I encourage my Chapter Presidents and students to give of their time through our community created projects, such as our Adopt a GrandParent Program, Coats for Kids and BackPacks for School, as well as our social event of the year...The Sisters of Alpha Omega annual

Debutante Cotillion.

I have served on the Executive Boards of Virginia Beach Council of PTAs, Miss Black Hampton Roads, Elronies Ministries, a Licensed Evangelist, and I am both the Founder and Director of The Sisters of Alpha Omega, as well as the Dr. Manners etiquette classes.

Educated at Regis University, having double majored in Public Relations and Human Resources, as well as receiving training from The American School of Protocol...etiquette isn't just a hobby, but a lifestyle!

Through the Dr. Manners etiquette program/Sisters of Alpha Omega Debutante Social group, you will learn

the basic tools of manners, be advanced in setting a proper table, planning the perfect social event and receive helpful tips for healthy living and Weekly Motivaional tips as well as starting a Sisters of

Alpha Omega chapter in your area.

I'd like to thank God for blessing me with talents that could have only come from Him, my children, grandchildren and loving husband Bilal Rahim, for allowing me to share countless hours of doing what I do best...teaching...MANNERS!

I love you!!!!!

 Warmest Regards

  Andrea Smith-Rahim aka Dr. Manners
